By accessing or using ai0, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your region, to use ai0.

You control the configuration, tone, and permissions of your agents. You are responsible for the content your agents generate and send on your behalf, including responses to brand deals, community members, and collaborators.

You agree not to use agents for spam, deception, harassment, or any unlawful activity, or to misrepresent automated messages as something they are not where disclosure is required.

You retain ownership of your creator profile, knowledge base, and the content your agents produce. You grant ai0 a limited license to process this content solely to operate the service for you.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. On termination, your agents stop running and your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

ai0 is provided "as is." AI agents can make mistakes; you are responsible for reviewing important outputs. To the extent permitted by law, ai0 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
