ai0 helps creators build a team of AI agents. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you keep over your data and your agents' knowledge.
Information We Collect
We collect the account details you provide — name, email, and creator profile — along with the content you use to train your AI agents, such as brand voice, knowledge base documents, and task configurations.
We also collect usage data: which agents you run, conversations they handle, and the leads and tasks they generate, so we can keep your workspace working reliably.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to operate your agents, personalize their behavior to your brand, surface brand deals and community activity, and improve the quality of the workspace. We never sell your personal information.
Agent knowledge bases are scoped to your account and are not used to train models for other creators without your explicit consent.
Data Sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure and model providers required to run your agents, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. All providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Your Rights & Control
You can export, edit, or delete your creator profile, agent configurations, and knowledge bases at any time from your workspace settings. Deleting an agent removes its associated knowledge from active use.

Security
We protect data in transit and at rest, scope access per account, and apply least-privilege controls to agent permissions. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously review our practices.
